Tracey is sufficiently content with her office job—even if she has to deal with being moved to a cubicle used by another worker on an evening shift. But the appearance of charming drawings brings a little magic to Tracey's routine, and becomes the catalyst to make a connection with her unknown deskmate.

"Shared Space" is a 1,750 word short story. It originally appeared in the 2020 anthology Community of Magic Pens, edited by E.D.E. Bell.
